2. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from NOAIRE PARIS and to every agreement concluded through the webshop.

By placing an order the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

NOAIRE PARIS reserves the right to change these terms and conditions. The most recent version is always available on the website.

3. Offer and product information

NOAIRE PARIS takes great care to display products, prices and information as completely and accurately as possible.

However, minor deviations may occur, such as:

  • color differences due to screens
  • minor changes in packaging or design

This does not give any right to termination of the agreement or compensation.

4. Prices

All prices in the webshop are shown in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

NOAIRE PARIS reserves the right to change prices and product information.

The price applicable at the time of ordering is the price that will be charged.

5. Orders and agreements

An agreement is concluded once an order has been placed and confirmed by email.

NOAIRE PARIS reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of:

  • incorrect price indication
  • suspicion of fraud
  • incorrect customer data
  • inventory problems

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the amount will be refunded.

6. Payment

Payments are made via the available payment methods in the webshop.

The order will be processed once the payment is successfully completed.

NOAIRE PARIS uses secure payment environments.

7. Shipping and delivery

NOAIRE PARIS strives to process and ship orders as quickly as possible.

The delivery times listed are indicative and may vary. Delays do not entitle you to compensation.

If a product is not available after ordering, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and an appropriate solution will be offered.

8. Right of withdrawal (Right of return)

Customers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason.

After registering the return, the customer has another 14 days to return the product.

Conditions:

  • Product must be unused
  • Product must be in original condition and packaging
  • Product must not be damaged

The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days after receipt of the return shipment .

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

9. Exclusion of right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may lapse if:

  • products are used or damaged
  • products are no longer in their original condition
  • seals are broken (if applicable)

10. Damaged or incorrect delivery

If a product is damaged or incorrectly delivered, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receipt via:

info@noaireparis.com

NOAIRE PARIS will provide an appropriate solution, such as replacement or refund.

11. Liability

NOAIRE PARIS is not liable for:

  • indirect damage
  • consequential damage
  • loss of data or income

NOAIRE PARIS's liability is limited to the amount of the order.

12. Intellectual property

All content on the NOAIRE PARIS website is protected by intellectual property rights, including:

  • logos
  • texts
  • images
  • product design
  • brand name

It is not permitted to use or copy these without permission.

13. Complaints procedure

We aim to handle complaints within 5 working days and to find a suitable solution together.

14. Disputes

Dutch law applies to all agreements and disputes.

Consumers within the EU can also use the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
